The host was very communicative and attentive to any needs we may have had. Loved how well everything was labeled. It was easy to know which switches controlled which lights in the house. I will definitely have this place at the top of my list for any future stays in Derby KS"

"My mom and I stayed at this lovely property for Mother's Day. We cook when we stay at VRBOs. The kitchen had the items we needed to make wonderful food together . The Master bedroom and bathroom were terrific! We also loved sipping wine on the balcony. Additionally some of the hotel suites I was going to reserve mentioned noise in their reviews. We had very little outside city noise. A true pleasure!"
