"The house was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, bowels, plates etc. One cabinet had spices and oil. Enough for meals for 10. Bathrooms and pool had plenty of towels, toilet paper soap etc. Very comfortable for our party of 10. One of the best places we have stayed. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a comfortable well maintained house. We have rented before from houses maintained by property managers who don't seem to care about the property and have broken appliances, inadequate accessories ect that oversell the property and make the experience less enjoyable. These people care about their property and make the experience enjoyable.Bill Stotts"

"House was as described in the listing. Host was great about communication for check in and quickly responded to us if we had any questions. The amount of extra toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, laundry soap, etc that were supplied made the trip that much better. Having a stocked home makes the week vacation much more enjoyable so that we didn't have to run to the store to grab those essentials. Would rent the house again if we travel back to Phoenix in the future."
