"The staff were greeted us in a very welcoming manner. They were very knowledgeable and provided the best itinerary to see the best of Cardiff within 24 hours. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. The location is perfect as everything is walking distance: train station, restaurants, cafes, cathedral, castle and parks "

"Everything was great apart from being told we were having a free upgrade from family room which really wasn’t had a couple above us making noise walking around all night and early hours in the morning reported this in the morning reception not really that bothered"

"On arriving at the Angel Joey on reception made us feel very welcome, as he always does, and so our stay immediately got off to a very good start. He also arranged for us to have the room we requested. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is in a good, central location with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
