I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. "Was an excellent place to stay, a perfect setting and beautiful gardens and view. The house was clean and well appointed. Didn't realize from the property description the second twin bed is a trundle, a bit awkward, but worked fine. Tissia, the manager was super helpful, even with the items we should have known if we read the welcome book thoroughly. She was very pleasant!"
