Our Luxurious Penthouse Beachfront Condo with Private Rooftop Terrace is located just steps from the sandy beach and warm, clear Cozumel waters. The private terrace is covered with a large palapa and is equipped with large table and chairs, a small propane grill, bar, bar stools, hammocks, swings, lounge chairs, and other amenitie. The access and use to this terrace is exclusive to guests of our unit.

Begin your day with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning as you are mesmerized by the beautiful Caribbean sunrises accompanied by the relaxing tropical breeze. Spend your day soaking up the sun on our private sandy beach or snorkeling in the warm crystal clear blue waters in front of our complex as you are captivated by the abundance of marine wildlife. Relax by the community pool in the afternoon and then return to the rooftop before dusk to witness the stunning, romantic ocean sunsets Cozumel is renowned for. This place has everything you need to get away and relax.

This condominium unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom with all linens included. The middle bedroom has a king-size bed with a twin-size bunk. The third bedroom has a king-size bed that may be easily converted to two twin beds upon guest request. The common full bathroom is conveniently located between these two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, bottled water dispenser, toaster, and blender, as well as pots, pans, and utensils for meal prepping.

The location of our complex is approximately five minutes’ drive south from the southern cruise terminal. This location is just south of town in a safe, quiet area but is a close enough drive for access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Most of our guests rent a car, but it is also possible to get around using taxi services. There is free parking available in our parking lot.

Paradise Condominiums is located next door to Uvas Beach Club, where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkels, or just get a massage and enjoy a cocktail on the beach.

Cozumel is renowned for its incredible reefs and spectacular drift diving. You can arrange to be picked up by your favorite dive shop right in front of our beach or schedule a diving trip or get your PADI Diving Certification right next door at Ponte Buzo dive shop located at Tortugas next door.

The protected National Park of Chankanaab is located just a short five-minute walk south of our complex. You can enjoy a day of swimming with dolphins or a day at their beach. Chankanaab is also the swimming to bicycle transition point for the Ironman Cozumel hosted every year.

Our condo will comfortably accommodate a family of seven or up to three couples for a perfect Caribbean Paradise vacation.
