"Fantastic hotel. Easy to find and in a lovely little friendly town. Hotel staff incredible nothing was to much trouble for them and they were all incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend. Close to Glasgow city centre without having the business of the city straight outside your window. 20 Minute train journey and your right in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Overall 10/10"

"We loved our stay at the Western House Hotel. We were in the main building which was stunning. Beautiful spacious room, comfy bed. Staff excellent and food very good. We'll definitely be back. Thank you."

"Lovely hotel and staff were so friendly and polite. Very dog friendly with a large bit of grass directly outside the hotel to walk your dog. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was simple but delicious "

"We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to say thank you to her. She recommended Dean Castle in Kilmarnock. We spent a wonderful few hours there. Thank you so much for your advice"
