"Only improvement- Electric points to charge the car. Hotel was amazing, the man working in the bar (forgot he’s name just had triplets) was so welcoming smiley, friendly, polite and very helpful. Staff in the spa were not so helpful or friendly. Wasn’t advised how to use the facilities e.g the lockers etc asked for prices for treatments was told to check on line."

"On arrival, we were not told what breakfast times were or where we could get breakfast. We asked about parking which we had paid extra for in our room to be told it was free at weekends anyway. We had paid for pool access on the room but were not told of where this was or how to access it. As it turns out, the pool and gym are well attended by locals and we barely got a chance to go but a timetable would have been helpful. Food was excellent in the pub and grill as well as at breakfast. We paid for extras in the room such as Nespresso machine, water and sweet treat. We only got one biscuit and upon asking for a refresh after night one, they did not top up the water nor did they top up the sweet treat. Shower was amazing as was the the king size bed. Great location."

I stayed in the sweetest room that was just perfect for my needs. The sound of the rushing water from the river was constant and soothing and could be heard from all corners and areas of the facility. Very well worth every effort made to be there."
