"The property fulfilled our needs perfectly. The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others. One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance.
