"House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend. "

" Absolutely Perfect — 10/10 Stay!We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible 6-bedroom, 5-bath lake house on beautiful Smith Lake in North Alabama, and all I can say is — WOW. From start to finish, everything was flawless.Check-in and checkout were seamless and easy — a dream! The host, Nick, was beyond helpful and made us feel completely taken care of. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and spacious — the perfect combination. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, with enough room for everyone to relax comfortably.The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — every single morning felt like a postcard. The location is perfect if you’re looking to unplug, unwind, and truly enjoy the beauty of Smith Lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the massive refrigerator (and awesome icemaker!) were such a bonus — especially for a big group like ours.There was truly not one single thing we would change. Everything was 100% perfect — clean, comfortable, welcoming, and luxurious in all the best ways. We’ve already said we will absolutely stay here again, and we’re telling everyone we know to do the same.Thank you, Nick, for sharing this gem with us. "This was our second stay at Julie's cabin. It was great. As before, the cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We made good use of the dock and boats, the large screened porch with ping pong, foozball, hammocks, etc., and the decks, great for reading, relaxing and talk, with a beautiful view to the lake. All in all, very enjoyable weekend."

"The house was nice and clean, the beds very comfy and the kitchen had all the basic needs for feeding the gang. If the weather would have given us a little more sunshine and a little less rain, the stay there would have been perfect! "

"Beautiful lodge in an idyllic location. Very spacious, light and airy. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped.We had a fabulous few days relaxing with family and friends.Plenty of water toys and outside spaces to sit and relax."

"This place is not perfect. But is is close - for us. There is a little dust. It is very pet friendly, with a super convenient fenced back yard that corrals both a small dog and a young child. There is not a speck of paint inside - the interior is natural wood finish top bottom and sides. The decor is “lodge” — charming, warm, and relaxing. We enjoy the waterside covered table and glider swing, as well as the wooden geck just out the back door - snores in its brick fireplace. Three spacious bedrooms downstairs with three bathrooms — two dedicated and one shared with the main living area. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, kitchenware and spices — we used a bit and left some new. The water is deep one step off shore. But the ground slopes gently to the water - No Cliffs! Many properties have high cliff faces on this lake. The house and proper facilitated a Great week with family, and we would look forward to staying here again!"
