There are wonderful views of the Surrey Hills. Access is via a private lane, shared by several properties and there is gated private parking. This detached cottage is perfect for young families or couples wishing to explore the local countryside with walks, cycle routes and the cosy pubs.
Entering the cottage, you have a spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with air-conditioning, where you can gather as a family. Be sure to open the shutters and sliding doors to welcome in the views as you relax in the well-equipped kitchen. Children will love the ladder-style climb to the attic room and leading from the living space with just a few steps, you have a lower ground floor double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
