The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

"I had the honor and pleasure of staying here for the last four months for work. It was such an amazing place to come "home" to after a long, hard day. You can hear the brook 24 hours a day, especially from the screened porch off the kitchen. Watch the dear eating from the bay window in the front. It is pure magic. "We needed a spot to stay while our son attended football camp at UG. Ginny’s place was perfect. Nice, clean, plenty of room, all the amenities and great location. Host was great. Only note would be that the driveway is kind of steep so some cars may scrape fender getting up. Neighborhood is nice, safe and street parking is fine so not a big deal. Would definitely stay again if in Athens."

My bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt extremely safe. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of my questions.
