Okay.

Overall it was okay. £10 per night for parking is a bit unreasonable and the extra bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Most of the staff were friendly enough although there was minimal interaction. Decor was clean and fresh.

Ideal for overnight stay.

Ideal for pre-flight stay. All you could expect of this chain, although we found the communal and restaurant areas could have been warmer. Shuttle bus convenient but £4 per person each way.

Anche se la stanza non era molto spaziosa era comoda e aveva tutto quello che serviva. Bagno comodo anche se un po' freddo letti comodi . La colazione buona e abbondante. Con il personale non abbiamo avuto molto da dire ma erano sempre a disposizione e anche se non parlavano italiano e noi non bene l'inglese ci siamo capiti alla perfezione...nulla da dire!

Excelente opción si van a volar temprano. Sugerencia, si van más de dos personas, el traslado al hotel es de 4 euros por persona, les saldrá mejor tomar un Uber. El hotel es cómodo y limpio. La atención muy amable.

It was dark when I arrived and left so not sure what the vicinity was like. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room and hotel lobby were slightly worn but a very homely-like atmosphere. I was only there briefly overnight and it was perfect for my needs there

Conveniently located very close to Gatwick airport - avoid the hefty taxi or Uber fare and get the shuttle bus for £4! Staff pleasant and hotel offered what I needed.
