I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Hotel was perfect for us as an overnight stay before a flight. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and nice bathroom. Restaurant and bar were good and the food and service better than expected. The only slight niggle was the lack of parking. It proved difficult to find a space even at 3.45 pm but a very kind member of staff showed us a spot that we could use so in the end not a problem.

Great facilities for a one night stop prior to a flight out of Gatwick. Easy shuttle bus from the hotel to both terminals. The restaurant was a little pricey and there was quite a wait for food to come out but besides that we had a great stay.
