The space
This spacious and well-equipped home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Upstairs, you'll find 3 private bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed. Downstairs, there's a large room featuring 3 bunk beds (6 single beds), perfect for families, contractors, or groups. The house includes one clean and functional bathroom with a power shower, plus all essentials like fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Guests have full access to a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. There's also a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays.

The living room offers a comfortable space to relax with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Outside, enjoy a large, private garden, perfect for unwinding, outdoor dining, or letting the kids play.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire house during their stay, including all four bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and the large back garden. You may also use the washing machine and all kitchen appliances. Please note that the garage and a small storage room near the living room are locked and reserved for staff use only. Free parking is available on the front drive for up to two vehicles.

The entire property is exclusively for your group — you will not be sharing with anyone else. The bathroom is private and for your use only.

Outside bins:

Black lid bin – for general waste (please use black bin bags).

Red top bin – for clean recyclables such as plastic and glass bottles. Please rinse items before placing them in the bin.


House rules:

No smoking indoors — smoking is only allowed in the garden.

Strictly no pets allowed.

No parties or loud gatherings.

Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM.
Strictly no loud music or loud noises aloud inside and outside the house. This is to respect all neighbors around the house.

No shoes upstairs — please use indoor slippers or sandals only.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request and is subject to availability. A fee of 30GBP per hour applies, as we will need to adjust the cleaning team’s schedule to accommodate your request.
