Hotel is ok - staff were pleasant and helpful, but the rooms themselves were pretty poor. Size wise, they are great, but cleanliness not amazing, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. If premier inn can manage it, I'm a decent bed isn't much to ask considering it's the main part of the room.

The room was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were endlessly helpful, polite yet friendly and efficient in their tasks. The amenities and parking were just as described. Overall, excellent! The food in the restaurant / bar was exquisite and fairly priced although they could do with updating their allergens list as it was a little vague in places.

Very clean , friendly hotel ! Service particularly in restaurant was great. Only downside was not sure what type of generator was near my room but it ran all night and wasn’t the quietest room where you stop for a good sleep before a long flight. Would def stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff - they even made quick arrangements to send a bag I’d forgotten to me at the airport, in a taxi. Room was clean and nice enough, and the bed setup was fabulous (we got the family room, with king size for my husband and me and single + trundle for the kids, which meant no fighting while they slept. Wish more hotel rooms had this setup!). Pool quite nice. Food was a bit meh (and dinner and drinks very American, which was a bit sad for our final meal in the UK before flying back to Canada the next day), but not bad - just very average. Overall a good experience/would recommend.

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly and efficient. I usually ask for a room on an upper floor which have always been quiet, unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor close to the main road, but there was a constant noise in the room (a loud humming) which went on all night, making it difficult for us both to sleep! We were also told at check in that their parking charges have gone up, we were still charged £10 as we'd booked earlier, but not sure I'd stay again depending on how much it has increased by, as really parking for Hotel customers should be free in my opinion!
