Absolutely perfect. Yes you could hear planes... but I mean it's next to airport.. kind of a common sense. Overall great location, amazing nature.. saw deer twice. Great reception and clean room. Can't fault it, specially for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was absolutely amazing value for what we paid. But here is some more detail; It is a lovely characterful building with lots of free parking and lovely gardens which had deer you can see every day from the large conservatory you eat in or the lounge area. Free good WiFi. It is quite noisy with planes going over every few minutes in peak times. We quite liked to see them so it didn't bother us really. We had the exexutive suite which was a lovely roomy room with kitchenette and conservatory and en suite bathroom. Free full breakfast including cooked was included. Lady who helped us was a bit regimented but very kindly and helpful. We would go back, especially if we could get the executive suite room !! Best value hotel I've ever stayed in for what we payed.

I have never stayed at this hotel before, but have heard good reviews when I have looked at other Trivelles Hotels. As soon as i parked up at Waterhall I knew it was going to be a pleasant place to stay. I was so happy to see that it was everything and more than what was in disposition as a country side house retreat. 👌 I was myself travelling for work, and booked a single room. It had everything I needed and more. My room included a really big flat screen TV with netflix and the rest available, Desk & Chair, Wardrobe and amazingly for the price and the fact it was a single room there was even a fridge. Definitely the best single hotel room I have ever booked and stayed in. Will 1000% book again when I am staying near Gatwick👌👍

Perfect stay!

Our stay at Trivelles was perfect. We had a friendly greeting, our room was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. In a pretty location too, with a couple of really nice pubs nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location.

In a nice location. Very quiet apart from the aircraft flying over, but they stopped during the night. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. We booked a double room but it was more like a small double as the bed wasn’t very big. That said, we would stay again.
