Friendly and helpful in every way. Our only concern was to let potential guests know that you can be up three flights of winding medieval staircase plus in your room your bed maybe on a mezzanine, one more flight of narrow steps. If you have any infirmity this might be too much!"

"It was a stop half way between the north and the south, we wanted to try somewhere new. It is completely basic, hence the price, but just off the motorway, easy to get to. Easy check-in, rooms clean. The shower wasn’t great but otherwise all good. The tv wasn’t plugged in for some reason and it took two of us to plug it in as it was very awkward. We had breakfast and it was decent, the lady working it was very nice. The actual village is absolutely stunning, very picturesque. All in all, a good stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay, a clean, refurbished, large bedroom and a lovely bar. Cedric at the reception was very helpful. The car parking in the back garage was good. The Location is handy, as it is near lots of lovely restaurants."
