The river was right out the back patio, and the garage was a blessing due to the amount of snow that we experienced while we were there. "Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time."

"Nice condo. Loved the location. A hiking trail right behind and a river in front. Quiet and still close enough to walk everywhere. We did have a problem with the hot water heater the first night. We were given access to the unit next door until the plumber could come and check it out. No issues after he looked at it. The condo could use a few tweaks like more coffee mugs and drinking glasses and some new pans. But other than that, very well stocked with lots of towels, toilet paper, paper...

A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. The staff was always available and accommodating and the cleaning service was top notch! The only issue we had was the continuous plugging of the toilets and broken bathtub water faucet handle. We made due, fixed it ourselves and notified...
