"Accommodations were exactly as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. No closets but dressers if needed. And a great washer and dryer! There was an issue with the septicwhich was attended to immediately - however a slight odor remained for our stay. Ardian was very responsive. "

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"The location of this property was nice, we loved the hot tub and the open space around the hut. The Star pub down the road was great and the Spar supermarket was handy. Unfortunately there were several things that detracted from this stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring through the mattress- we even tried flipping the mattress to see if this helped (it didn't help, and revealed a stain). Parking in public car park easy and convenient. would have been useful to have washing up liquid (not everyone wants to use the dishwasher); and also cling film and tin foil. "The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "
