"I knew going in it was going to be a 1 star hotel. Staff were very helpful, was cheap, air conditioning was OK, tv signal didn't work at all. Door didn't lock on toilet or front door. Bed was comfy . Unfortunately myself and my brother couldn't stay due to a sudden attack of ptsd that happened to my brother within 2 hrs of our stay. We tried getting a refund for our stay but expedia couldn't give us one."

The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "This is a beautiful boutique French hotel, with superior linens, towels and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the listing indicated airport transfer, which I took to mean a shuttle. Instead, they, like nearly every hotel, arrange a taxi. The cost is 40 Euro - a lot for a 10-minute ride. Also, note the restaurant is not open Mondays, which is when I stayed so ended up not having dinner as no restaurants within walking distance. "

"My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available.
