"This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount...

"The hotel was broken, dirty, and rundown. It smelled like chlorine and smoke as soon as you walked in. Our room also smelled the same. The room was outdated, and felt dirty. The toilet wasn't flushed and things were rusted and stained. It looks like one of the outlets burned. We were only staying one night and I couldn't afford to book another room so we managed. We checked out the pool even though we had no intentions of swimming. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub had all kinds of stuff...
