"Our Daughter is attending OU and we have stayed in a couple Vrbo locations and will definitely be adding this one to our list. Just 15 minutes from campus and an easy drive. The guest house is quaint, comfy and wonderful. The bonus is that our dogs can join us. They have a fenced in paddock/meadow area for the dogs to run. We will be back!!"

"The home was as described. Farm house with all the amenities you need for a good time. Place was clean and cozy. The garage was an excellent place to have a game night. Ping pong, pool table and Ms PAC man. Plus a basketball arcade game. Enjoyed by all. Beds were comfortable. This place was just what we needed after two days of hiking at Hocking Hills. "Great location that was close to Ash Cave and Old Man’s Cave. Our 3 generations had plenty of space to enjoy our weekend. House is easy to find and was very private. Plenty of bedrooms and baths with a large dining table for all of us. We look forward to coming back."

"When you first turn on to Phelps road to get to your cabin you see the scariest, trashiest junkyard to the right , that is quite large and off putting. It’s kinda creepy BUT once you do find your turn to head towards your cabin it’s very secluded and the perfect place for a quiet get away. "The cabin/stay was great. Didn’t have to communicate with manager for anything. Cabin was very nice and clean. Was quiet and relaxing. Disappointed that hot tub was not clean (hair & a leaf) so we didn’t use it. This was our 2nd trip to Hocking Hills and we will definitely visit again."
