Very comfortable hotel and the restaurant was fantastic. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely return if I am in the area again.

Robin at the front desk and Cozumel at the bar both did a great job. They went above and beyond 10/10

Everything great until morning when there was not hot water in the athroom.

Parking was a bit difficult. Had to park across the street in an underground and pay €14 per night. The breakfast was remarkable and the best we have ever had in any hotel traveling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't seem to know how to find an ATM. Suggest that information be available to travelers who need to exchange currency.

Nice property - worked well for a stop on our way to Black Forest

Great hotel -- friendly staff and great location. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, great breakfast, pool was nice, staff was helpful

I stayed two nights, everyone was very kind and I felt comfortable. I will likely stay here again when I return. Danke shön!

We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us...
