"The place was super clean and the kitchen was good but no plates, cups or plastic ware No continental breakfast and food stuff way overpriced, Walmart or winco are both close by."

"At no fault to the staff. The intranet went down and we were not able to check in for 45 minutes. We waited in the lobby on the chairs and couch. They were stained and soiled arm rests. It wasn’t to big of a deal. The internet problems created frustration. But thr staff were great. I was able to leave and they made sure to get my daughter into a room ASAP. I came back at 1030 pm and checked in. Staff was great. Situation was not. "

"Expedia was terrible the person who I talked to on the phone was rude was narcissist who basically made fun of me and in his own way called me stupid I tried to change my reservation because for some reason it got booked with two reservations when it was supposed to be in one reservation for the 24th through the 27th when I tried to explain that to the person they said that there's nothing they could do I told him if they I don't have a problem with paying for the extra day but I just want to pay for what I was in the first place was supposed to be in charge not for the price that had to that same day he said that he couldn't do nothing I tried to talk to a higher manager he said he wouldn't contact me to his uppers I told him that I would like to talk to somebody who's in charge and he basically said that there's nothing he will do or his efforts will do and he hung up the phone on me then the hotel that they booked me to literally had bed bugs the room was filthy the bathroom had hair all in the drained and bathtub it was chew in the toilet that looked like somebody just bit and it was no toilet paper there was no towels they never gave me toilet paper I had to buy my own toilet paper to be honest the hotel was even worse than a motel 6 for more money and less opportunities and hospitality the people that were working there had a package of bear behind the counter that they were drinking out in the open they were cussing very unprofessional the whole trip was supposed to be"

"This property worked well for our family. There were 6 of us and 1 dog. Yard is fenced in. Property was clean and functioned well for our stay. "

"Overall, the unit was very clean and accommodating. Our stay was comfortable. The kitchen was fully operational and had an abundance extra appliances. There was also a complete collection of spices, which we really did appreciate. Ample closet space and large kitchen table were convenient. The unit is upstairs so that is something you'd have to consider. Other than that, the train tracks are nearby and you can hear it in the middle of the night. "
