We had a lovely stay at Crescent Beach Motel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with a heater and coffee maker. Near the reception area, there’s a microwave, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a small breakfast selection with fresh fruit and oatmeal. The location is wonderful — you step right out of your room onto the beach! The motel is also very dog-friendly, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was, even with pets staying there. A great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with your dog!

Everything was great for my overnight stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful and lovely, there’s a bunch of free food and drinks in the check-in area, and my hotel room opened out onto the beach. I woke up to the sound of the waves, and it was lovely to walk on the beach with my coffee in the morning! Milo the dog was an added bonus. ☺️

Location was amazing, staff were outstanding (warm and welcoming). Milo the desk dog was soo sweet and gentle when meeting my dog Sophie. The beach was at my door step. Room was decorated so cute and comfy.

We loved being right on the beach! The staff were so kind and genuine. The hotel is a great location nothing right next to it on the beach so it’s not crowded at all. We stayed because of it being close to the redwoods. We would definitely stay again. Rooms were super nice too.

The location is fabulous. Right there on the beach. But the room was so musty we couldn't stay there. Musty means mold and I know it's on the beach but other hotels on the beach deal with that. We ended up leaving and eating the deposit.

So close you could almost touch the waves! Beautiful view, beautiful decor (we were in the Deluxe Suite, Ocean View, Beachfront) and great staff! Only downer, and it’s small, is other guests walk by our windows because the porch that overlooks the sea is shared. Small price to pay for an infrequent issue and that view — did I mention it’s magnificent?!? Really wish we could have stayed another month!

Beautiful spot on the beach. Literally, it’s right outside your back door and you hear the waves. We stopped here for one night on our way down the coast. They’re working on the property, as they can, so some updates needed. Fine for a night or two. Restaurants within a quick drive. We were lucky to have exceptional weather and the harbor is just up the road which is interesting to check out. Easy 5 minute drive from Howland Hill.
