This property has a lot of charm, in a quiet area just a short drive from the Redwood Giants. The host, Aneka is gracious and charming. I am letting all my family and friends who might potentially go there know about this beautiful, simple, quiet getaway.

Perfect little Redwoods Hideout!

Adorable little hideout on a small homey property with chickens. Super close to Jedediah State Park and Redwoods areas. The host had all the local recommendations and was so welcoming!

The place is fun, cute, private, close to the Redwoods. Bed was comfortable. Loved the owner's creatures that have the run of the place (cats, ducks, chickens) and enjoyed the chicken eggs. Gracious host, very available.

Redwoods Stop

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hideout. Aneka was the most hospitable and our hike on the Boy Scout Trail in the Jedediah Redwoods was great. The coast was amazing and not a far drive at all. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely book again.

Lovely farm stay!

We were only in Crescent City for two nights to hike in the redwoods, and Aneka's place was perfect! She was an excellent host and even left a basket of farm fresh eggs from her chickens in the fridge for us. We'd go back!

Fantastic Redwood Retreat

The Hideaway was a very cozy spot to stay while exploring the redwoods and crescent city. Only five minutes from town, but is super quiet and felt like a remote retreat. Aneka was a fabulous host and made our time very special.

Natures getaway

My husband and I recently stayed for four days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Aneka, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The place itself was perfect — quiet, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was ideal, close to all the areas we planned to explore, yet tucked away in a peaceful, wooded setting. We slept well every night and loved the little details, like watching the friendly chickens as we came and went. Most importantly, I felt safe and completely comfortable throughout the stay.If you’re looking for a serene, convenient, and charming place to stay in Crescent City, I highly recommend this spot. Relaxing Country Hideaway

Really quaint place with all the necessities. A thoughtful, lovely lady owns and manages this charming place that’s a little bit in the country complete with chickens and fresh organic eggs in the frig. We felt very at home and relaxed here.
