"No restaurant on the property but a small friendly pub with excellent meals just 70 paces away (I counted them). There is a small shopping area just around the corner. The cabin was comfortable- good sized kitchen/dining/lounge are. Shower room reasonable size and excellent hot water with great pressure. Will definitely stay there again"

"The Little Palms Cabins were absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Convenient to shops, tavern and restaurants and most importantly the beautiful Lake Cathie beach. The Manager was wonderful and made us feel so at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying again 😊"

"The cottage is in a quiet area just outside the main town and well situated for us to attend a funeral service at the Crematorium a short drive away. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The free WiFi was very handy as reception isn't great in the area. The single beds however are probably more suited to kids than adults but was ok for 2 nights. The bath/shower needs updating. The showerhead is very old & inefficient. My elder aunt did not feel confident to stand in the old bathtub so...

"Had a lovely time with the family, meet some lovely people there (more guest) staff at desk was not as friendly as stated in other reviews. Pool was lovely & clean, lovely little play ground for the kid's, was a bit concerned about the bird aviary as the wire had pretty large holes & some of the Indian ringnecks did try to bite. But over all has a lovely stay & will definitely go back again."

"Property was fine, reasonably basic but perfectly acceptable, great spot on the Macleay river about 10 mins outside South West Rocks. The description of what was available was poor - the description said to bring your own sheets, pillow cases towels, tea towels and toilet paper, so I did. But all were supplied. Really enjoyed the peace & quiet"
