"This place was very clean, well air-conditioned, and the rooms had 12-foot high ceilings which made them feel palatial! The weird thing was that there were never any workers there! The front desk was empty 95% of the time. To “check out” we signed our name on a sheet of paper. There were no room keys, just codes for the door, which is fine, but the codes were very specific to your room number which made me feel like anyone could know my code and just come into my room. I remember the property description saying something about “blackout shades” which they did have, but that was about it. No real curtains so there was still a lot of light in the room after sunrise. I was told I would be charged an “amenities fee” per night ($25 in the summer!) but the parking was a regular parking lot, I never used the pool, and there were no workers at the hotel, so what exactly am I paying for?!?! Overall, I would not stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were welcomed with chocolate chip cookies and a nice note thanking us for being guests. Once Karen found out we were traveling with a toddler, she generously offered up their pack and play. The highlight of the property was of course the epic views but it was very clean and comfortable. It served as a convenient home base for our trip to Stehekin and our visit to Blueberry Hills Farm where we ate a wonderful breakfast and got to pick blueberries and raspberries. The only problems we experienced were:1. the temperature - it was either freezing cold or very hot - but we never reached out to Karen to have them adjust it so that's on us 2. the low water pressure, especially in the shower. I would absolutely consider a stay here again if I'm ever in the area."

"Bathrooms should be cleaned regularly, the shower curtain smells. Their toilet keeping running. Other than that the cabins are cute inside, and the grill area is cool. And the pool is nice too. Just the hygiene aspect needs to be improved."

"The house was super clean and perfectly set up with all the amenities very nice! good air conditioner quiet road, lake view and access to go jump in the lake.Bed super comfy!Four or five miles to town one way or head up to the scenic quiet part of the lake the other way.Evening shade..Grab it!"

"As advertised! What a great escape. Rustic in all the best ways. Everything works. Shower pressure is amazing! Deck overlooking the lake is absolutely worth it as well as easy access to the lake. Quiet, peaceful and stunning. Highly recommended!"

"The house is perfectly suited for our three young kids and grandma in tow. The game-room/garage is such an awesome outlet to spend quality time and the huge deck is so captivating we all could've spent the entire stay just taking in the view. The house was very clean and nicely cooled with the central air in the house and the portable unit in the garage when we arrived. Will definitely be back."
