"We had a wonderful stay for one night. It was easy to find and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant before settling in for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the beds very comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful too, with a delicious breakfast in the morning (great cappuccino!). Highly recommend."

Well the wrong airport i found out bergamo was the airport we landed not milan Travel travel bus to Milan center is every half an hour , train station is 5/10 min walk . And every half an hour . "The actual room isn’t the bad but on arrival it does look like you are entering a Prison and that’s not even me being dramatic. The hotel is in a weird area in the middle of nowhere it’s surrounded by high mental spiked fences and the gate locks there’s no way.of getting in or out without the guy who contacts you on WhatsApp letting you. "The air conditioning was not functioning adequately, I turned it down as much as possible but the room was still stuffy and hot. The bar fridge was also not functioning adequately and the drinks inside were warm. And surely 2 bottles of Prosecco should be provided for 2 occupants?"

"Great place to stay near the airport"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...
