Points à grandement améliorer: connexion internet (lorsque les 4 logements sont occupés, débit bas et problèmes de pertes de connexion: insuffisant pour regarder Netflix à titre d'exemple); la qualité de la literie est aussi insuffisante (matelas peu épais, très léger, sommier ou lattes basses qualité: un exemple s'afffaisse vers le milieu sur le lit de 140cm et les lits sont très bruyants). Pas de ventilateurs prévus malgré la canicule. Pour le reste l'environnement est agréable."
