"Most of the staff had an angry response when asked a question or for a service the hotel check in and check out was wonderful the casino was beautiful I had a very good vacation except for the housecleaning and valet and most floor staff maybe they just need a quick update on customer service we will be back to visit again hopefully the staff won't be so angry food was great too"
