Perched on a scenic knoll with the Slate River on one side and Nicholson Lake on the other, the property boasts sweeping mountain views in every direction. Step outside for immediate access to snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails, or head just minutes away to downhill skiing, shops, restaurants, and the welcoming charm of Crested Butte. In warmer months, enjoy paddleboarding on the lake or floating down the river right from the property.
The main house features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, plus two additional beds and a half bath—perfect for multiple families or larger groups. Gather in the spacious dining room, breakfast nook, or the inviting main living area. The fully equipped kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and mud/gear room provide comfort and convenience. You’ll also enjoy five flat-screen satellite TVs, high-speed internet, a Finnish sauna, and a year-round outdoor hot tub.
The lower level includes additional bedrooms and a second living room with surround-sound TV/DVD—great for kids or a separate hangout space. For added privacy, a charming guest house is available for an additional fee, offering its own queen bedroom, private bath, and efficiency kitchen. Please inquire if it is available for renting.
Summer guests will love the outdoor mini-playground, seasonal screened dining room, and cozy camp-style fire pit perfect for marshmallow roasting. In winter, enjoy included snow-removal service and a one-car garage. The spacious driveway offers plentiful parking year-round—a rare perk compared to in-town or ski-area rentals.
