Luxury townhome in Mt. Crested Butte, beautiful views of Mt. CB from the deck!

This newly refurbished luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is sure to complete any ski vacation or summer retreat. Enjoy breathtaking views along with plenty of space to enjoy the company of family and friends. There is a great room for gathering and an updated kitchen. You can walk to the base area of the ski resort from this property, but if that proves a challenge the drive is very short to access everything the base area offers. Although not on the shuttle route, the drive to Historic Downtown Crested Butte is easy and only 3 miles. There is parking available in the driveway, but the garage is for owner use only.

Bedrooms as follows: (1) King in the upstairs master, (2) King in the downstairs master, (3) Queen and [4] twin with trundle bed.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

PARKING: There are outside spots for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in Mt. CB. Garage is for owner's use only.

Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

Weekend trip

Great home, only a few minutes from town. Beautiful view of the mountains from front porch. No complaints except for the fact that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathrooms. We came off a camping trip in the woods and would have liked to have those items provided. They usually are in all other properties we rented but not this one. Maybe something they can adjust moving forward.

Great place for family

We spend part of our summer every year in Crested Butte. This year we wanted a place where our adult children and two young grandchildren (ages nine and 12) could join us for a long weekend. This townhome perfectly fit our needs. The large kitchen, dining, and family area on the main level was clean, completely equipped, and gave us plenty of room to spread out. My wife and I slept in the large and beautiful master bedroom on the upper level, while our kids and grandkids were able to spread out in the three lower level bedrooms. A big plus of this arrangement for us was no noise all night long from the kids! The townhome does not have convenient access to the shuttle bus that runs between Mt. Crested Butte and the town, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Also there is a free shuttle service (FirstTracks) that will pick you up at your door and take you to the base area or any of the bus stops. In short, this townhome was great for the six of us. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Book Club

The property was comfortable for eight of us and we felt like we were staying in a friend’s home! The kitchen was amazing, the beds very comfortable and the setting beautiful. Hiking in the aspen groves with meadows full of wildflowers was breathtaking. The shops and restaurants friendly and charming. CB is incredible and we highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo, great location, well stocked kitchen

The 4 bedroom condo is perfect for a small group especially couples as 3 bedrooms have king/queen beds. The kitchen is well stocked and labeled so you can make all the meals there you want. Great condo we will book again.

Nice property; well-appointed.

This property was all that the 6 of us (3 couples) could have wanted. It was in a nice area, close to the local bus routes, and easy access to hiking trails and downtown Crested Butte. There are plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice.

Very nice, comfortable, near-ski base property. Well managed with all amenities, utensils, etc., as expected. Few minutes walk to ski, quiet and with very nice views.

Great place in great location

Property was very well stocked and labeled, good quality furnishings, and neat and clean. Overall a very functional space with really comfy beds. The jetted tubs were a good compromise, since there wasn't a hot tub. The location was really convenient for skiing Crested Butte and ski school drop off. Some of our crew (adults and kids 10 & up) had no problem walking to or from the mountain as well. Could be challenging for some or with different conditions. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Family return to Mt. CB

Overall an excellent property! The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed. We had additional family in another condo and we prepared meals and fed 17 people several times and always had what we needed. Very nicely appointed and the view is amazing, the location is very convenient to hikes and activities in CB. It is located on the main road through CB.
