The Space:

This beautifully renovated studio sits in the Skyland Lodge, directly across the street from The Club at Crested Butte and central to the mountain biking trails off Brush Creek Rd.



Located on the 2nd floor and facing Mt. Crested Butte, the studio is tastefully appointed with a modern flair. A fully equipped kitchen with 3/4-size oven/stove, microwave, and fridge fits the space perfectly, while the living area—divided by a screen and facing a private patio—offers a TV set up with Apple TV. The queen bed and beautifully renovated bathroom complete this incredible basecamp for your Crested Butte adventures.



Guests can easily bike into town via the trail connecting Skyland and Crested Butte. The Lodge also offers a communal hot tub (9am–9pm) and an on-site laundry room (7am–9pm), both available to registered guests.



SMOKING ON THE PREMISES IS NOT ALLOWED. Parking is free and all visitors to the condo have 1 parking space. No trailers or RV's are allowed in this parking lot due to HOA covenants.



This property is not pet friendly. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Skyland Lodge Rules:

No skis/snowboards/bikes allowed inside the Skyland Lodge or on the deck.  Secure these items in or on your vehicle.

No loud music, loud TV, etc, any time of day.

No grills or fires.

No additional guests or visitors in the hot tub.  No children under 5 yrs of age, no glass, food, music, or floating devices in the hot tub or hot tub area.

Check in is 4-9pm.  No late check in's.  Please be quiet when checking in and carrying luggage in the hallways.



Guest Access:

Check in instructions are emailed 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Lodge is located directly across the street from The Club at Crested Butte. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood such as playgrounds. Owner presence and a permit is required to enjoy these areas. And they are patrolled.



Getting Around:

You will need a car for this property.
