The Space:

This fantastic house has stunning 360 degree views!  Watch the sunset from the hot tub on the expansive deck while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor Sonos speakers!  An outdoor fire pit (not available in winter months based on depth of snow), sunken tub in the master bath, private decks and multiple wood and gas fireplaces are just a few of the luxurious amenities this property offers ensuring an exceptional vacation!



There are 4 king bedrooms & a bunk room with a twin over queen bed and a twin with a twin trundle bed.  You enter thru the garage by way of a large well organized mud room with cubbies for all of your gear. (perfect for large groups).  Adjacent to the mud room is a cozy den complete with a gas fireplace, leather sectional couch, large smart TV,  and large festive bar area.  On this floor there is also a separate media room with a sizeable smart TV, chess board, and large table for playing games or working on a puzzle. One of the king bedrooms with ensuite bath is on this floor, as well as a half bath and laundry w/full sized washer and dryer. 



On the middle floor, you'll find the main living space-a gorgeous chef's kitchen with oversized, professional appliances, a separate butler's pantry with a second refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, and all the smaller amenities you can imagine-such as a Ninja blender and Keurig duo coffee maker.   The living room, with a wood fireplace, smart TV, large telescope, expansive views and deck, is on one side of the kitchen and a dining room, also with a wood fireplace, and large dining table with seating for 10 (8 additional seats at two countertops in the kitchen) is on the other side of the kitchen.  A screened in porch w/a picnic style table is accessible from the kitchen as well as a large deck.  Off the dining area, a patio is equipped for outdoor living with a grill, Green Egg, hot tub, outdoor furniture, a fantastic stone fire pit, sonos speakers and truly one of the best views in all of Crested Butte.  This floor also has a king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over queen bunk and a twin bed with a twin trundle.  These two rooms share a full bathroom.  There is an additional king bedroom on this floor with an ensuite bathroom. 



Stairs lead up to the third floor where the master suite is located. This private area is complete with king bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, private deck and luxurious ensuite bathroom.   A large office resides on this floor with outstanding views of Mt Crested Butte and the ski resort and a private deck, as well as a sitting area with a smart TV and mini refrigerator.   



To reiterate: There are 5 bedrooms total.  Ground floor has 1 room with a king and ensuite bath. Middle floor has a king bedroom that shares a bath with the bunkroom.  The bunkroom has 1 twin over Queen bunk, 1 twin w/twin trundle.  There is another king bedroom on this middle floor with an ensuite bath.  The top floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



This property has 5 parking spaces total, 1 is in the garage.  You will NEED 4WD or AWD in winter months to access this property.



All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

We do NOT allow parties of any kind, bachelor, bachelorette, weddings, rehearsal dinners or any other types of parties/gatherings.  Only 13 people are allowed in/on the property at any time.

Sunlight Ridge Estates has just a handful of homes in it. Its very quiet and private.



Getting Around:

The base area of the mountain is about 1.5 miles.
