GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to all Grand Lodge shared amenities, including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa, and common areas. A key card is required for access. We strive to leave a key card and parking pass in the room for each reservation. If they are not present upon your arrival, please obtain them at the front desk at your convenience.

⚠️ The Grand Lodge is undergoing important upgrades. Units are guest-ready starting June 15, 2025. Hallway work may continue through Sept 1. Work hours are 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, excluding Sundays. Rates are discounted. No refunds will be issued for construction-related disruptions.

AC Disclosure:
Like most of Gunnison County, this condo does not have air conditioning available. Two ceiling fans and a portable box fan are in the unit along with a large screened window.

Private Ownership:
This suite is privately owned within The Grand Lodge Condominium Association.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
We are excited to welcome you to our lovely property! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we require that you sign a rental agreement before your arrival. This agreement outlines important terms and conditions related to your stay and the use of the hotel amenities.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please be aware that Crested Butte has common issues with travel weather delays. Flights and driving are weathered out often.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather delays or other disruptions. Travel insurance can provide coverage for cancellations, interruptions, or delays due to weather or other circumstances, ensuring peace of mind BEFORE & during your stay

A $30 resort fee is required for all reservations at this property. This fee is mandated by the HOA and helps maintain the shared resort amenities available to guests — including the pool, hot tub, ski and bike storage, snow removal, and landscaped common areas.

Parking Information:
Parking for one vehicle is included in the resort fee. Parking passes expire on the day of check-out at 11:00 AM.
