The Space:

Let this well appointed 6BD/6.5BA Mt. Crested Butte home be the foundation for your next unforgettable Crested Butte experience! The house is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the base area and free shuttle bus to the town of Crested Butte. It's so close you can easily walk home to have lunch on the warm sunny deck before you head back out for more laps on the mountain. Soak in the hot tub, rejuvenate in the sauna or curl up by the large stone fireplace after a day of exploration and fun in the mountains. There is a separate 1 BD/1 BA apartment above the garage that is included with the rental of the house.

The entry level of the home has three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each and the other has a twin/queen bunk bed. A separate entertainment area on this level has a TV and large sofa for lounging which creates this the perfect spot for kids of any age to hang out. The large hot tub is also located on this level. You'll also find the wine cellar on this level. Although not stocked, it is the perfect place to store any wine that you may have shipped here or may bring with you to enjoy.

On the main floor there is one bedroom with a Queen bed and bathroom. The oversized bathroom has a steam shower. The expansive, vaulted living room and fully stocked chef's kitchen are also located on this level. The spacious gourmet kitchen has Bosch and Viking appliances, granite countertops, 2 dishwashers and is fully stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes you may need. There is ample room for all convene at the dining table for family style meals. The large leather sofa comfortably seats up to 8 adults. This room also offers a beautiful stone, gas fireplace and comfortable seating which makes it unbelievably cozy year around. The large west facing deck just off of the living space has a grill, table and seating for eight creating a place for a meal with an incredible view! Sunset, anyone?



The primary suite is on the 3rd floor. The bedroom has a king bed and the primary bath includes a large jacuzzi tub and a separate steam shower.



An apartment above the garage fits an additional 3 people and features a bedroom with a queen bed and a double pull out couch in the living room. There is a full bath, kitchenette, dining table and TV.



Main House sleeps 11 comfortably. With the additional garage apartment, this house sleeps 14.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



Bedroom as follows: [1] Master Bedroom King (3rd floor), [2] Junior Master Queen (2nd floor/main living area), [3] One bunk bed with the bottom a Queen and top a Twin, [4] 2 Twins, [5] 2 Twins (all on first floor)



The apartment has [1] Queen in the bedroom and (1) sofa bed size double.



*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is in the digital guestbook.



PARKING: There is room for 6 cars. There are 2 parking spots inside the garage and 4 spots outside the garage. Absolutely no parking in the shared cul-de-sac.



LOCKER ACCESS: As a guest at 30 Treasury, you are allowed access to a ski locker located in the Dr. Moore building at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Details provided in the digital guestbook.



All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. Failure to comply with this request will result in a larger cleaning fee.

Guest Access:

Check in instructions are emailed 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Residential neighborhood close to the main base area at the ski resort. Full time residents nearby so this is NOT a party house.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the ski resort or bus transit center to take the free shuttle bus down to the town of Crested Butte. You can also request a free, on demand van service called "Fresh Tracks" to and from the house to the ski resort.
