We loved our stay at La Verrière. It’s tucked away in a secluded area with absolutely breathtaking views. It's an ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Getting there takes some effort, but it’s well worth it. The property is truly exceptional, and the dinners were outstanding - beautifully prepared and full of local flavor.

Spectacular B&B in an old Priory.

The la Verriere B&B is one, if not the most, beautiful facility we have stayed in and we are 76 years young. The staff, table d’hote dinner, and wine tasting room/experience were excellent. Would that the weather had cooperated to use the large (for a B&B!) infinity looking over a valley of grape vines with Mont Ventoux in the background. Unfortunately the outdoor jacuzzi was not working as we are very much hot tub people. I don’t even remember what I paid for the large excellent “Lavender Room@ but I don’t care. We’d stay there again in a minute. Thanks “JC” who was managing (and many other tasks) while we were there. And thank Louis for a fun wine tasting.

There are hotels, and there is La Verriere! The desceiption online does not give ita due to the place. We stayed for 2 nights but could probbaly have stayed for a week and enjoy. The best word to describe La Verriere is 'impeccable'. It is located at the Chene Bleu winery at a 9th centiry priory. The hotel part of the estate offers a lovely garden, an infinity pool, a hot tub, and a small gym. There is also a summer kitchen with coffee, tea, some sweets and refrigirators. We bought our lunch at a market in the nearby Vaison la Romaine and had a picnic lunch by the pool. The breakfast had everything we wanted, and there is also a 4 course dinner available upon request which we enjoyed both evenings. The winery tour and a tasting are complimentary for guests. We even shipped some wine home. There is plenty of hiking and biking around. La Verriere is also a nice lauchpad to see other Cote du Rhone villages and wineries. Now, it is a little off the beaten path to get to, but we loved it and did not feel that the few extra minutes of driving to get to the place jmpacted us.

Absolute gem of a hotel with extraordinary staff that are attentive to every detail. Sublime location nestled in the hills. Wish I booked for several days. Chef’s table (book ahead) were you eat what the chef finds fresh and it was delicious. Slice of paradise. Would give more than 5* if I could!

Magnifique et envoûtant Un écrin au milieu de la nature et des vignes avec une vue en prime sur le Mont Ventoux !! La maison est rénovée avec goût, que dire des jardins, du potager et de la piscine à débordement donnant sur les vignes. La cuisine quasi en autosuffisance était superbe accompagnée des vins de la propriété que j’ai découvert et qui sont excellents et haut gamme.
