Clean and friendly location.

Clean and friendly place, really enjoyed the quiet. Anyone coming into Florida, I wouldn't recommend Pensacola, just drive 30 further to get to Crestview, it’s worth it.

One of the worst hotels ever. Bugs on the floor, on the bed, and in the bathroom. Employee came in and took pictures and then said he couldn't check the room because there was no housekeeping. Stains on everything. Headboard had dust and bugs. Still

The bathroom had hair all through the tub and in the “clean” linens. We arrived super late (2am) after a delayed flight with 2 kids, so I asked the front desk when checking in to please leave a note for no house keeping as we’d be waiting until close to 11am check out time. They ended up betting on the door at 8am anyways.

I need to get my money back when I pulled up to check in there was nobody to check me in the doors was locked and there was a note on the door that said that they would be back and it gave a phone number. I called it and called it and called it. Nobody answered it and I had surgery in Crestview at 3 o’clock so I had to go get another room and check in too And they told me I need to get my money back from you

When we arrived there was a difference in our room. But, Panda did an excellent job at accomadating us and went the extra mile to even check the room before we booked it. She was very attentive and had a wonderful warm smile and character for her job. If ever here again we will definately book a room again!!!

My mom and I stayed here while we were in town visiting a friend. The hotel is an older building, but for the price, the facility delivered! The room was clean and updated and the person at the desk had a smile on his face and was very personable and accomodating when I had questions. The only thing that this property has going against it is that it is situated off the main road in Crestview and sometimes you can hear heavy traffic noises at night. Other than that, this property was a good deal for the price!!☺️
