"This guest house was clean, comfortable and quiet. It's in a well kept neighborhood with large open yards. The neighborhood isn't walking distance to restaurants or stores. But we ordered dinner through Grub Hub and it was as good as room service. We originally wanted a place close to downtown, but hotels were full due to an event in town. We felt lucky that we found this place. We would definitely return"

"I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. I was solo parent traveling with my baby, and Carole was able to provide a crib and high chair, allowing me to pack more efficiently. "My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!"

"I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"

"This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. I'd give it a 10 if I could. Only thing I'd forewarn, if you drive...
