Great location for town centre ‐ good value for money for work stayovers.
Stayed here for the evening with my husband and 2 children and would definitely come back again. Plenty of parking at this hotel, clean and good sized room, friendly staff. Just what you need at a hotel.
Stayed here for one night and was great value for money and excellent location for rail station.
Ate in the restaurant and food was superb.
Staff all very friendly and helpful
If you like watching trains from a window then this is a great location.
Will stay again in the future
Staff really went out of their way to look after me. Wonderful historic building with very impressive fireplace in reception area and lots of history. Although right opposite the station, I was not aware of noise from trains.
Overnight stay for business in the area. Slightly faded standard business hotel next to the station. Room was comfortable with ensuite bathroom and work area. Everything I needed so no complaints.

Convenient, clean = very good value.
Exceptional warm, personal and considerate chap on reception exceeded my expectations. This is is extremely good value, convenient and clean. Ok - it's a bit tired, but if you need a bed for the night near the station this ticks every box. I'd stay again.

Staff are great lobby is refurbished
Rooms are tired and dated shower leaks and could not maintain temperature
What a lovely hotel, for the great rate I got i was not expecting much, however this is lovely hotel, the rooms cleaned well, fresh looking and well decorated. My room was very big however it was next to the main roundabout and due to the heat in the room i had to leave the window open. I manged to sleep. I would stay here again happily.
As a Rail Buff, I/we were delighted to be accommodated in a room which overlooked the station. Seeing & hearing the trains was “heaven.”
The staff were very helpful & accommodating.
We’ve stayed @ this hotel many times in the past & were most disappointed when “stay” for us was banned.
A delightful olde world hotel from the past. We felt the LNWR presence from a bygone era! Well done all!
Parking was tight, but we managed!

For the price, it's ok
The hotel is in a good location. We stayed 1 night, as we were attending a wedding closeby. The room was clean but could do with modernisation. There are no bedside tables, so no where for putting a drink on and no plug sockets for charging phones. Shower is an over the bath with taps, so it was difficult to get the temperature right.
For the price we paid £58 for a Saturday night, I honestly don't think it's a bad place at all.

Perfectly clean and functional. Sofa bed for my second child wasn't up to scratch and the quality of all the mattresses was pretty poor to be honest. Also the heating was on (in June) and the room was BOILING.
Man working at reception couldn't have done enough for us though. Lovely service.
Efficient check-in, hotel facilities were very well explained. Despite being older, the hotel was spotless. My room overlooked Crewe station, which for a railway enthusiast like me was ideal. That comes with a lot of noise. There was no double lock on the door and the bathroom door lock was broken I’m a single room this wasn’t an issue. I’d have liked extended mealtimes. I went for dinner at 7:30 and was told they’d stopped taking orders.
Thankfully Hotels.com had advised me that The Crewe Arms Hotel had closed down and we had been reallocated.
The receptionist at the Bellair was most helpfull.

Disliked: Room comfort
next to the train station
From my room i could hear all announcements on the train station platform, unfortunately hotel was full and I couldn't move rooms, However the Wi-Fi was good as I had a video conference with customers in the USA with no problem, good on site parking.
