Clean comfortable room with individually operated heater and useful kitchen area. (Microwave , fridge/freezer, kettle). Comfy bed and quiet at night. Nice shower room with towels provided and the added touch of tea, coffee etc and hand soap and shower gel in bathroom. TV always a plus. Overall clean and comfortable and very close to town centre.

staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight.

No support from owners but a decent stay
For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building.
Room comfortable, clean. The kitchenette is perfect when staying a few days. (No need for an extra kitchen!)
Bring with you toilet roll, toiletries, hair dryer if needed.
Location good, fast food and Nando’s minutes away and a retail park with shops a stroll away.
The accommodation is next to a very busy road so expect traffic noise.
Would I return …. Probably not but it’s a good value room when on a budget.

The area is really good and close to town centre. It's easy to get something to eat and buy thing. The property is clean and tidy. I will introduce someone to live abd I will come again.

Twin room we stayed in was a big size with plenty of room to move around in. On a main road so some traffic noise. Microwave, fridge and kettle provided. Few pubs nearby of varying quality. Fish & Chips and convenience store very close by. Found it hard to get anything to eat in Crewe on a Monday evening within walking distance. No staff present, but easily contacted by phone at all times. Single key on a lightweight plastic fob easy to lose as I found out to my cost, £36 for a replacement. Overall, the stay was worth the money and would happily return.
