"We arrived around 1am (late flight). Check in was very smooth. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, free bottled water, TV, en suite bathroom etc everything to a high standard. Although a weekday, breakfast staying open till 11 was good for us, and the range and quality of the buffet breakfast was good. "

"On my first visit to Chisinau ( and Moldova) I arrived early and was made welcome, given a breakfast even though after the main service times, and had early access to my comfortable room. Outstanding service from Olga at reception! One improvement would be a tea/coffee facility in the room. Otherwise excellent."

"Great hotel. Everything from the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the hotel was, it was great. I liked how the breakfast was cooked to order and not a buffet style selection. The only issue for improvement would be to get rid of the multiple single use plastic toiletries in the bathroom. Use full sized bottles that can be refilled. Also, there’s no need in putting a sheet of plastic over a toilet letting us know it’s been cleaned. We can just assume it’s been cleaned without the need of single use plastic to tell us "
