Caroch Cottage has been furnished for comfort and ease, and the large ground floor kitchen and dining area is well equipped for preparing that special meal. You can relax in the living room on the window seat and enjoy the views over to the river. From your front door you can walk to the local pub and traditional high street, with its local butcher, greengrocer, baker, deli, cafés and restaurants.

Ideally placed if you like the outdoors, with a great selection of riverside, woodland and mountain walks on your doorstep. At the other end of the village is the local golf course, with a challenging 9-hole course, and a mountain biking centre and wildlife park. If you want to explore further, the tourist town of Crieff is only a 7-mile drive, with a famous whisky distillery, crystal factory shop, visitor’s centre and historic buildings and gardens to visit. Stirling and Perth are only 25 miles away. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
