Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus hat einen einfachen Standard und ist zum Teil etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Uns hat das für zwei Wochen nicht weiter gestört. Störend war die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Bei den "Nachbarn" oberhalb ist jede etwas lautere Aktivität zu hören.Die Ausstattung ist gut, etwas mehr Besteck wäre hilfreich gewesen (4 Messer, 4 Gabeln), doch es gibt eine Spülmaschine.Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitze. Der Blick auf die Insel Krk, die kurze Treppe zum Meer (100m), die nahegelegenen felsigen (und teilweise einsamen) Buchten, der Abstand zum Rummel in Crikvenica - all das ist das große Plus dieser Wohnung.
