Jadranovo. The studio is located on a enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
