"Excellent, excellent and excellent is what I would like to say about our stay at this wonderful hotel. I have been to Charlestown before but never stayed. We have a medium sized dog (Sid) that we take everywhere with us, we know that most hotels nowadays are dog friendly but here was (in my opinion) above and beyond. There was a lovely doggy bag in our room with two ceramic bowls a rubber mat, dog treats and a tennis ball which Sid loved. All of the staff were first class and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was great with a comfortable mattress and pillows. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and I thought that the food was very good, we had the sirloin steak which was cooked just right and I thought priced well. The breakfast selection was very good and well cooked and presented. Would I stay there again,ABSOLUTELY."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt the property was very well presented and ideally located to explore Charleston. There were nine of us across three generations, (as well as a dog) and the property had all we needed to keep everyone happy.We enjoyed it so much we would certainly consider returning in the future."
