Cottage "Le Petit Etretat

20m² studio in wooden frame meeting the latest environmental standards built in 2020. it is composed of a sleeping area with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and sanitary, a kitchen area.
This ground floor apartment is south facing. Completely independent of our guest house, it offers a privileged location, 200 meters from the famous cliffs of the Alabaster Coast, 50 m from the GR21 hiking trail, between Fécamp and Yport, 15 minutes from Etretat.
Our property is fortunate to be located in a quiet and typical village where tranquility and happiness reign to enjoy the seaside.
The new studio is fully furnished and equipped, only bed and bathroom linen and cleaning are not included, but are optional without worries.
Ideal for couples, possibility of cot.
You can take advantage of the private enclosed parking, the landscaped garden and a garden furniture to enhance your stay :)

Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable et tranquille. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire avec des suggestions de visites. Logement fonctionnel et parking dans la propriété fermée. A recommander. Je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau si je reviens en Normandie. De plus il a fait très beau, ce qui ne gâte rien.

Séjour au top ! Cottage vraiment mignon et confortable, hôte vraiment très gentil avec de bons conseils. Nous avons pris aussi le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment top. Rien a redire a part merci pour ce séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le gîte est très agréable, très pratique, et fort bien situé entre Yport et Fécamp. Vincent est un hôte charmant qui nous a prodigué des conseils de belles balades le long des falaises. Qui plus est, la région est magnifique et on ne se lasse pas des paysages magestueux du bord de mer.

Très agréable séjour dans un cottage propre, mignon et pratique, proche de Etretat et autres valeuses magnifiques de la région. Facilités de parking. Proche des supermarchés. Juste une suggestion : ajouter une moustiquaire à la fenêtre de la cuisine pour pouvoir aerer (notamment la nuit).
