"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. "We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. It had a lovely view of the harbour. It was within walking distance of the town (30 mins), where there are numerous shops and excellent restaurants. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, and a lovely beach was 15 mins away. "Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by.
The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise.
The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made.

"Positives : Greeted by a nice bottle of wine. Location is excellent. Not to far from Old Town and Port. Close to Food shopping ( Mercadona, Lidl ) and highways. The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. Terrace is quite large and has great views of mountains, town and water. Pools were clean and towels were provided. Negatives : There is a construction project across the street from the property which we were advised about prior to booking but, that being said, Estepona is a growing exponentially and construction projects are everywhere. No spare towels were provided, one set per bathroom. No blankets were provided, just light bedspreads ( gets chilly at night in October ). No extra set of sheets provided.
Our overall assessment is that we would recommend this property and would stay again. "
