"Flock Inn is the perfect get away place. Leanne is a wonderful hostess and helped us feel right at home. The property is well groomed, and the home is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. It's the perfect location if you're visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I loved that Leanne has a binder that lets you know about places to eat, different stores close by and other interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this property....

"The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is...

"We were in town for a Family Reunion. This house was perfect for us, with bedrooms to spare! The pictures online were exactly as is. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in working order. We took the Ferry back and forth to the Cincinnati side. Everything was so convenient. Thank you so much, Wanda!"

Her home is fully equipped with everything a family needs - we were especially impressed by all of the things she had for kids! (Pack n play, toys, outside activities, games, etc.). "I usually walk into a VRBO and start cleaning, this place was immaculate!! I did not have to clean one thing! The kids had enough space and entertainment to keep them busy. It is an amazing space and we will stay again if we come back this way. We saw deer in the driveway and played games and really enjoyed the property. "My wife and I spent a few days in the area to take in some Reds games and see some other attractions in the area and this place was perfect for that! About 25 minute walk to GABP and only 10 minute walk to several great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!"
